Q: Can I Travel from Tortola to St. John, 
stay in St. John and return to Tortola from St. John?

A: The ferry is Road Town or West End to Red Hook. We do stop in St. John for customs clearance, before proceeding to Red Hook. However, you can stay in St. John as your final stop, once Customs clearance is completed. Notify Captain or Crew you will not be proceeding to Red Hook. We offer no direct trips from St. John to Tortola. Passengers are not allowed to board the vessel in St. John to Tortola or Red Hook. If wanting to travel to Tortola from St. John, passengers will have to ferry over via St. John ferry to Red Hook and catch Aquatic Rentals ferry from Red Hook to Road Town or West End.

A: The travel time from Road Town to Red Hook is 45 minutes. However, at least *30 minutes is added to our stop in St. John for customs clearance. The travel time from West End to Red Hook is 30 minutes. However, at least *30 minutes is added to our stop in St. John for customs clearance. *Clearance time depends on the number of passengers on board and St. John CBP (Custom’s and Boarder Patrol)

Q: Do you provide ground transportation
from the airport in St. Thomas to Red Hook?

A: Unfortunately, currently we do not provide ground transportation from the airport to Red Hook. However, there are taxis available upon arrival at the airport to take you to any destination on island.

Q: Could you provide the monthly ferry schedule?

A: We do not have a monthly schedule. Our daily ferry schedule is valid monthly until further notice.

Q: Can my tickets be refunded?

A: Please note that our refund policy only accommodates instances of mechanical failure and cancellations due to weather. However, tickets are valid for three (3) months after travel date.

Q: Can I transport appliances, furniture, or building materials, etc with Aquatic Rentals Ferry Services?

Aquatic Rentals Ferry Services does not permit the transportation of appliances, furniture, building materials, or any oversized or overweight cargo For inquiries on cargo restrictions or assistance, please call or inquire at the counter.
