The Frequent Traveler Membership Card is a photo ID usable both online and at ticket counters.
The card is non-transferable, meaning it is only valid for the person it is purchased for and cannot be shared with family or friends. For walk -up bookings, the card must be present and can only be used by the assigned account holder.

Pets are permitted on the vessel for travel, but it is mandatory to ensure their safety and the safety others by placing them in a secure crate or pet carrier and providing the required documents for international travel.
