NOTICE TO PASSENGERS

Tickets are not valid unless the seal of AQUATIC RENTALS is affixed. All pre-booked and walk up passengers MUST check in at the ticket counters upon arrival at the Ferry Terminal. Physical ticket/s will be printed for boarding.

Passengers shall comply with all Government travel requirements, present exit, entry, and other required documents. (Please check validity of all travel documents prior to booking, Passport, Visa, ESTA, etc.).

 

Check-in time is 45 minutes minimum prior to departure time.

Walk up ticket and check in window closes 10 mins prior to departure. 

Carrier is not responsible for accompanied and non-accompanied luggage and cargo. All baggage and cargo must be fully paid and checked in at the counter prior to boarding.

 

Daily schedule tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of travel. Event  tickets are valid for the date and time for which it was purchased ONLY.

Aquatic Rentals fares are subject to change without prior notice. Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has not been paid. Carrier meets all US. Coast Guard Regulations. Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who has acquired a ticket in violation of applicable law or Carrier's tariffs, rules or regulations.

TICKET REFUND 

Strictly No Refunds except due to mechanical failure.
Date/Time changes are possible, subject to availability. ​

 

 

 

FEES & TAXES

St. Thomas to Tortola - USVI tax $10.00 Round Trip and $7.00 One Way.

Tortola to St. Thomas - $15.00 BVI residents and $20.00 Non-residents.

BVI Environmental Fee - $10.00 (due upon arrival; not included in ticket price)

All passenger fees and taxes are not included in the cost of your tickets. 

Departure or arrival location change - $10.00; date or time changes: no charge​

All fees and taxes are paid to Government Dept. and subject to change by their respective authorities and are not collected by or the responsibility of Aquatic Rentals, Ltd., with the exception of USVI taxes.

LUGGAGE

All luggage and cargo must be checked in at the counter prior to boarding.

Luggage and cargo that exceeds 60lbs and considered overweight and oversized will incur additional fees​

​

​All cargo and luggage shall comply with VI & USVI Customs Department regulations.
